Delivery & Returns

Please carefully review our Delivery and Returns Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Standard Shipping

We offer standard shipping in 3 to 5 working days for £9.99.

We provide standard offshore deliveries to Northern Ireland for £24.99.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over £200 excluding deliveries to Northern Ireland.

We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United Kingdom.

Custom and built to order

Products customised to length or size e.g. custom cut timber, will be delivered in 7 - 21 working days.  

Delays

Please note that all delivery windows are estimates and can change. 

We rely on couriers to fulfil orders and can not be held responsible for delays caused within the courier network. 

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will contact you to give you more information.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Third Parties

In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory, these will be other branded items and the third-party suppliers are responsible for shipping your products.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused with tags or barcodes, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be liable for the return postage costs and a £9.99 fee will be charged for re-stocking. 

 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. custom cut wood products.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (discounted on our store) or gift cards.


Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective in any way. We will aim to remedy this as a matter of urgency.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not, this process usually takes 5-7 working days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within a further 5-7 working days.
